Find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about visiting AeroExpo UK.
How do online tickets work?
Tickets purchased online need to be printed by you and brought with you on the day. A link to your ticket will be emailed to your shortly after booking. Each ticket contains a unique QR code and that is what will be scanned at the gate. Try to ensure that this QR code prints as clearly as possible for swift admittance at the gate.
Can I book for multiple people?
You can add additional people to your ticket during booking. Simply select a One, Two or Three Day Pass and then use the drop-down option on the next page to enter the names of people to include on your ticket (including yourself). If you are not attending the show with the people you have bought tickets for, they will need to have their ticket with them either on their mobile or in printed form to gain entry to the show.
Is my payment secure?
Do I need to have a PayPal account?
In most cases no. But at checkout you will be taken through to the PayPal website as they handle all our payment processing. There you will be presented with the option to make payment using a PayPal account or to Check Out as a Guest and pay with a debit or credit card. The exceptions to this are if the email address you are using is already associated with a PayPal account or if you have used PayPal’s guest checkout very recently on another website. In these cases PayPal may not present you with the option to use your credit and debit card. But using an alternative email address should allow you select your payment method of choice.
My online booking completed but I haven’t received any tickets?
Immediately after booking we will email you a confirmation message including a link to download and print your ticket. If this email hasn’t arrived with 30 minutes then first check that it hasn’t ended up in your Junk or Spam folder, then contact us at email@example.com. Please include the name and email address used when booking and if you have received a payment confirmation from PayPal any reference number that might be included in that, as these will help us quickly locate your booking.
What is the online refund policy?
Ticket refunds will be issued at our discretion and, depending on when and how you paid, may incur a small processing fee. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request, including your name, the email address used when booking. We aim to respond to all requests within 7 working days.
Discounts & Concessions
Can I buy at ticket at the show?
Yes, you can purchase a ticket on the day at the gate but you could save up to 25% by booking in advance online. Both cash and card payments will be possible on the gate.
Do children need a ticket?
Children under 16 get free access to the show when accompanied by a paying adult and do not require their own ticket.
What type of Student ID will be accepted?
A valid NUS membership card or university ID card are both acceptable forms. If your university card does not include a photo then a second form of ID in the same name will be needed.
This year we are adding a special discount for disabled visitors. The disabled pass gives access on any one show day and includes free access for an assistant if required. Please note this ticket option is only available to people with a permanent disability and on the production of a Blue-Badge.

Arriving by Air
Essential pilot information
All Pilots should ensure that they make themselves aware of all relevant procedures and download the latest pilot briefing document from Cotswold Airport: https://www.cotswoldairport.com/pilot-briefing-download/
If you need any local assistance please contact Ops by email at email@example.com or by telephone: 01285 771177
If you are flying to the event from outside the UK please remember to submit a general aviation report (GAR) online: Learn more about GAR requirements
What is the arrive-by-air booking price?
Booking your landing slot in advance online is the only way to fly-in to the show. During booking we will collect the airport’s landing fee, which is based on your aircraft MTOW and starts from just £13. All prices include VAT and a small administration/processing fee.
After landing all pilots and their passengers benefit from complimentary show access. You can reserve your fly-in slot online and we will re-confirm your slot details by email a week before the event.
To give all pilots a fair chance at reserving a landing slot that suits them our online booking system limits you to reserving a single landing slot booking per show day. If you share an aircraft and find that you aren’t able to book slot because the aircraft already exists in our system, please get in touch with the team – firstname.lastname@example.org – with details of your aircraft (model and registration), preferred arrival time, departure airfield, contact phone number and the name of the pilot.
Amendments & Cancellations
You can amend or cancel your fly-in booking at any time before 8am on 14 June 2022 by following the link in your original booking confirmation email or by visiting the Slot Editing Page. After 8 am on 14 June 2022 you will need to contact Cotswold Airport Ops direct by email email@example.com or by telephone 01285 771177 if you wish to book to fly-in, make changes, or cancel your slot booking.
