Find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about visiting AeroExpo UK.
How do online tickets work?
Tickets purchased online need to be printed by you and brought with you on the day. A link to your ticket will be emailed to your shortly after booking. Each ticket contains a unique QR code and that is what will be scanned at the gate. Try to ensure that this QR code prints as clearly as possible for swift admittance at the gate.
Can I book for multiple people?
You can add additional people to your ticket during booking. Simply select a One or Three Day Pass and then use the drop-down option on the next page to select the number of people to include on your ticket (including yourself). Please note that you will need to arrive at the event together as only a single ticket will be issued.
Is my payment secure?
Do I need to have a PayPal account?
In most cases no. But at checkout you will be taken through to the PayPal website as they handle all our payment processing. There you will be presented with the option to make payment using a PayPal account or to Check Out as a Guest and pay with a debit or credit card. The exceptions to this are if the email address you are using is already associated with a PayPal account or if you have used PayPal’s guest checkout very recently on another website. In these cases PayPal may not present you with the option to use your credit and debit card. But using an alternative email address should allow you select your payment method of choice.
My online booking completed but I haven’t received any tickets?
Immediately after booking we will email you a confirmation message including a link to download and print your ticket. If this email hasn’t arrived with 30 minutes then first check that it hasn’t ended up in your Junk or Spam folder, then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the name and email address used when booking and if you have received a payment confirmation from PayPal any reference number that might be included in that, as these will help us quickly locate your booking.
What is the online refund policy?
Ticket refunds will be issued at our discretion and, depending on when and how you paid, may incur a small processing fee. Please contact us directly at email@example.com with your request, including your name, the email address used when booking. We aim to respond to all requests within 7 working days.
